New Glasses

A few evenings ago, Michael and I were out and about with our friend and co-worker, Jess.  As we were sitting inside Baskin Robbins, we came up with the idea to go into the glasses store because Jess had been wanting a pair of purple glasses.  We waited until it was just after 9:00pm (so as to make sure if they were to close at 9:00, they could do so without us obliviously keeping them open).

Anyway, we walked down to the store, after 9:00, and they were still open.  Jess found a pair of glasses that she liked and then was taken back into a little room for an eye exam.  They told her to come back the next day for her glasses.

Meanwhile, while Jess was finding her glasses and getting her eye exam, Michael and I perused through the drawers of glasses.

Today, we decided to go back and get Michael a new pair of glasses that he had picked out the other night.  We went in, he found the same glasses, was taken back for an eye exam, and, ten minutes after his exam, he had a new pair of glasses WITH the correct prescription for 20,000 won!  (That's less than $20!)
