We're back to work this week so after we got off work this evening, we came back to the apartment, debated about what to eat, and ended up ordering Oven Baked chicken. Yes, I know, chicken is not a vegetable. The meal comes with radishes though (the white cubes in the photograph). Not sure what their nutritional value is, but, hey, at least they fit the category, right?
